Hotel Accomodations

We encourage all conference participants to book accommodations at one of our preferred hotels, where discounted rates are available. Exclusive group booking links and discount codes will be sent directly to all registered delegations to access these special rates.

Please note that

All delegates must be housed with their advisors.
Each delegation is responsible for making its room reservations directly with the hotels.
Discounted room availability is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Delegations may not be able to secure their preferred accommodation.
