We encourage all conference participants to book accommodations at one of our preferred hotels, where discounted rates are available. The hotels will have easy access to the campus-wide bus network. Exclusive group booking links and discount codes will be sent directly to all registered delegations to access these special rates.

Please note that:

• All delegates must be housed with their advisors.
• Each delegation is responsible for making its room reservations directly with the hotels.
• Discounted room availability is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Delegations may not be able to secure their preferred accommodation.
