Registration for MUNI XXVIII is open!

Once your registration form is processed, you will be emailed a confirmation of your response. Within a week, you will be sent an invoice of the fee total based on the number of delegates you have registered to attend, alongside necessary photo release and liability forms. Once payment as well as all forms are received, Illinois Model UN will send you a receipt for your invoice. All payments are non-refundable. Please note that we are unable to provide committee assignments until your payment has been received/post-marked. If you do not receive the initial confirmation email from registration@illinoismun.org within a couple days, please reach out!

Registration Policies
Delegations registering during this period will be given priority in committee assignments.
Delegations registering during this period will be last in committee assignment priority and thus will not be guaranteed any preferred committee assignments. Preferred assignments will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis based on availability.
Transportation will not be provided for MUNI XXVIII. All delegations will be responsible for their own transportation to the on-campus conference location, as well as to and from the hotel, which will be off-campus. The campus has several free/low-cost bus options available to delegates, and the conference schedule will be aligned with these options.

If you change your delegation size after committee assignments are released (March 1st), a fee of $25 per delegate will be charged.
Disclaimer: if a delegate is dropped from the roster and added again, it is unlikely they can be reassigned to their original committee assignment.
If we receive a high volume of school applications, it is unlikely that we can accommodate all of them at MUNI XXVIII (schools put on a waitlist will be charged the rate corresponding to the time of their registration if they are selected).
All payments must be postmarked by the latest March 1st, 2026 unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
